It has been a while since I posted, but tonight's dinner was post worthy. I made Buffalo Chicken Salad with homemade butter for our bread. The recipe called for buttermilk (which I never know how to use up), so I bought whipping cream and made butter, whipped cream and buttermilk all in one sitting! The recipe is next - hopefully it will will be clear enough to read! The only change I would make is a little less hot sauce. 1 T of Tabasco makes it hotter than my taste buds prefer. :) Enjoy!
